Shipping
Our products are handmade and per order. All of our orders will be send by registered mail from 1 to 7 working days, after payment.
Exchange Policy
All our products are handmade with great care and attention to detail. For this reason, it's very important that you double-check the sizing before completing your order. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us, we're happy to help.
We only accept exchanges in cases of defects or issues with the materials. If you notice a problem, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, including a description and, if possible, photos of the item.
If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing, in some cases we may accept the exchange as an exception. If we have the new size already in stoc, the costumer will only need to pay any price difference (if applicable)and the shipping of the returning piece plus the new one.
However, if a new piece needs to be made, an additional fee will be charged.
This is because we may not be able to sell the original item, which results in a loss for us, as every item is handmade and made to order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsability of the costumer, except in cases where the error or defect is on our end.
